Wall, Ceiling and Floor Restoration
Once again, our client placed their trust in Fairmont Property Services to restore several classrooms to a fresh, welcoming standard for both teachers and students.
All walls and ceilings were carefully prepared, with extensive filling of holes and surface imperfections before receiving multiple coats of high-quality paint to achieve a clean, durable finish.
The existing worn carpets and vinyl flooring were removed and replaced with new sheet vinyl and carpet tiles, professionally installed to provide a brighter, more modern appearance. The result is a refreshed learning environment that is both practical and visually appealing.
